Before Solhaven, I spent 16 years co-owning Scott’s Airport Shuttle with my parents in New Zealand. Every day, we helped travelers get to and from the airport, business flyers, families on holiday, frequent travellers living out of their suitcases.

And over the years, I noticed something: the pillows.

People carried them bare through terminals, under arms, in supermarket bags, balancing on top of luggage. They weren’t being dramatic. They just knew one thing: sleep matters when you travel.

I traveled often myself. I understood early departures, late arrivals, and the exhaustion of constant movement. I also knew how much smoother a trip feels when you sleep well.

Solhaven wasn’t born from a trend. It was born from watching a simple, consistent problem, and not finding a solution I’d actually want to carry.

So I created one, with my mum’s sewing skills and a simple idea: a bag designed specifically for your pillow.

Solhaven is for travelers who value comfort without compromising style. Bringing your own pillow shouldn’t feel awkward. It should feel intentional.
